We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above Rs 999 within India. However, for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a fee of ₹125 is applied for shipping and cash-handling services.
Return
- Refund codes can only be issued twice for the same original order.
- Customers using a refund coupon code for more than two orders will be charged ₹125 for shipping if they request further returns.
- Token amounts for COD orders cannot be refunded if the order is canceled or returned, with ₹250 deducted for shipping. Any excess token amount over ₹250 will be refunded via a coupon code.
