Returns & Cancellations Policy – Jyavi

At Jyavi, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a transparent and simple return and refund process.

1. Hassle-Free Returns

We understand that jewelry and fashion items may not always meet expectations. That’s why we offer an easy 3-step return process. Refunds are issued as a coupon code equal to the value of the returned product, redeemable on your next purchase.

How to Return a Product:

  • Step 1: Notify Us
    Email us at connect@jyavi.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, product name, and images.
  • Step 2: Send the Product
    Once approved, ship the item back with original packaging within 5 days. Return shipping is to be paid by the customer. Returns with damage or improper packaging will be rejected.
  • Step 3: Receive Your Coupon Code
    After quality check, a coupon code will be issued within 3 business days.

2. Order Cancellations

Orders are processed within 2 hours. Cancellations are only accepted before shipment.

  • COD Orders: We confirm via call before shipping.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are issued as coupon codes or to the original payment method, subject to a 5% deduction for gateway fees.

3. Refund Details & Deductions

  • Refunds are issued only as coupon codes (valid for 1 year, single use).
  • ₹250 deduction applies for rejected prepaid orders.
  • No refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods.
  • Coupon codes used for rejected orders will expire.
  • Refunds for payment failures are subject to 5% deduction.
  • If free shipping was used, ₹125 will be deducted.
  • Only 2 refund codes allowed per original order.
  • More than 2 returns using coupon codes will attract an additional ₹125 deduction per return.

Token Amount Refunds:

  • Token amounts for rejected COD orders are non-refundable.
  • If token > ₹250, excess is refunded as a coupon code.

4. Eligibility for Return

  • All products are eligible for return in exchange for a coupon code.
  • Used, damaged, or improperly packed items are not eligible unless damage is proven.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours and shipped in 5 days.
  • Dissatisfaction with style or design is not eligible for refund.

5. Damaged Product Policy

If your product is damaged during transit, we’ve got you covered.

Steps to Report Damage:

  • Step 1: Email us within 48 hours at connect@jyavi.com with photos or videos.
  • Step 2: If approved, we’ll arrange free reverse pickup (India only). Missed pickups must be re-shipped by the customer.
  • Step 3: Once we receive and verify, we’ll: Ship a replacement, or issue a full coupon code as refund with validity for 1 year. 

❗ Monetary refunds are not provided for damaged items — only replacements or coupon codes.
