1. Hassle-Free Return Process

Changed your mind after making a purchase? No worries! We understand that sometimes fashion products like jewelry and sarees may not meet your expectations. Our easy three-step return process ensures you never regret your decision. A coupon code equal to the returned product value will be issued for future purchases.

Steps to Return Your Purchase

Step 1: Notify Us
Email us at connect@jyavi.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include the product name and images for approval.

Step 2: Send Back the Product
Once your return request is approved, ship the product with its original packaging within 5 days. Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Damaged or improperly packed products will not be eligible for a refund.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
After receiving your returned item, we will conduct a quality check and issue a refund in the form of a coupon code as per our refund policy.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders are usually processed within 2 hours of placement. Cancellation requests are only accepted before shipping.

-COD Orders: We will contact you for confirmation before shipping.

-Prepaid Orders: If canceled before shipping, a refund will be issued via a coupon code or original payment mode (with a 5% deduction for payment gateway charges).

3. Refund Policy & Mode of Refund

Refund Type: Refunds are provided only in the form of coupon codes, valid for one year from the date of issue. These codes are one-time use and cannot be applied to multiple orders.

Deductions & Charges:

-₹250 will be deducted for non-acceptance of prepaid orders (covers forward & return shipping fees).

-No direct bank transfers or refunds to the original payment source will be processed for returned packages.

-Refund codes used for orders that are later not accepted will expire and cannot be reused.

-5% deduction for refunds requested due to payment failures where the transaction was captured.

-If free shipping was provided during purchase, ₹125 will be deducted while processing the refund coupon code.

-Customers using refund codes for multiple orders can avail a maximum of two refund codes per original order.

-For orders exceeding two returns using refund codes, an additional ₹125 will be deducted per return.

Token Amount Refund Policy:

-If a COD order is canceled or not accepted, the token amount is non-refundable (₹250 standard deduction for return shipping).

-Any token amount paid beyond ₹250 will be refunded via a coupon code.

4. Return Eligibility

-All products purchased are eligible for returns in exchange for a coupon code.

-Damaged, used, or improperly packed items are not eligible for refunds.

-Returns must be requested within 48 hours and shipped within 5 days.

-Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with product quality as all items undergo quality checks before shipping.

5. Refund Processing Time

-Coupon codes will be issued within 3 business days after receiving the returned item or confirming a cancellation.

-Coupon codes cannot be used with other promotional codes.

-If a refund coupon was used for a purchase that is later returned, a new refund code will be issued with the same validity.

6. Handling Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging products, but damages during transit can sometimes occur. Follow these steps if you receive a damaged product:

Step 1: Notify Us Within 48 Hours
Send an email to connect@jyavi.com with a video or images of the damaged product. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.

Step 2: Arrange a Pickup (For Indian Orders Only)
If your return is approved, we will schedule a reverse pickup at no extra cost within 24 hours. If the item is not ready for pickup, the request will be canceled, and you will need to ship it back at your own expense.

Step 3: Resolution
Once we receive and verify the damaged product, we will either:

-Send a replacement, subject to availability.

-Issue a full refund coupon code valid for 1 year.

Note: No monetary refunds are provided for damaged products, only replacements or coupon codes.
