3. User Account Responsibility

Registered users must log in to www.jyavi.com using their email ID and a password of their choice. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their passwords. Any activity performed through a user’s account credentials will be considered as authorized by the user.

4. Service Terms & Limitations

www.jyavi.com reserves the exclusive right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any services at its discretion without prior notice. Any outstanding orders will either be fulfilled or fully refunded. Additionally, we reserve the right to deny service to any user without explanation. We assume no liability for damages resulting from the use of this website.

5. Product Warranty Disclaimer

www.jyavi.com is not liable for damages arising from the use of its products. We disclaim responsibility for any delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

6. Policy on Damaged Shipments

Every product undergoes strict quality checks before shipping. However, we are not responsible for damages incurred during transit. If a product arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to stock availability. To request a replacement, please email connect@jyavi.com with a photo of the damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be accepted.

7. Non-Delivery & Return Policy

Our logistics partners attempt delivery two-three times. If an order remains uncollected, it will be returned to us. Customers may request re-shipment for an additional fee of ₹125. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders that are returned, re-shipment will only be processed after full payment, including additional shipping charges.
